Takhini River Lodge is strictly smoke free.
As much we love children, this accommodation is not suitable for children under 10 years old.
No pets allowed.
No kitchen available for our guests. No facility to prepare your own food.

Each room can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults.
A single bed can be added for a child between 10 and 14 years old for $35 nightly (a two night minimum stay applies for this).
Rates are in Canadian dollars GST not included.
Rates are for 2 people including breakfast.
$10 deducted for single occupancy.

Dinner must be booked in advance (at least two days ahead).
The menu is freshly prepared everyday and is the same for all the guests, if you have any food allergy or food issues we need to be informed on time.
Dinners are served at 7pm.
No dinners available after 8pm.
Dinner rate is $45 per person +GST. It includes a 3 course menu.

Reservations must be secured with a Visa or MasterCard.
No charge will incur if cancellation is made 30 or more days prior to day of arrival.
40% of the reservation is charged if cancellation received 14 to 29 days prior to arrival.
Less than 14 days will result in full charge. This policy is necessary due to the unique location of our facility and short notice re-booking would be unlikely.
We strongly suggest that all of our guests consider the purchase of travel insurance for protection against cancellation penalties.
